Instructions1. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril. 2. Depress the touch button and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose. 3. Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose. 4. Repeat for the other nostril. 5. After use wash nozzle in soapy water. Dose: This product can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
