InstructionsAdult dosage: The usual dose is one Mintec capsule three times a day, before meals. If there are times when your symptoms are particularly severe, the dose may be increased to two capsules, three times a day. Swallow the capsule whole with water, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Do not take Mintec immediately after a meal. Store below 25C. Protect from light and moisture.
